• Copy of your Social Security card
• Copy of your drivers license
• Current pay stubs for 1 full month
• Tax returns (federal only) for the past two years
• Bank statements for the past three months
• Assets - stocks, bonds, 401k, IRA, etc. - last quarterly statement
• Personal loan account information

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage account information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
• Home insurance policy information
• Home owners association information (if applicable)
